＜首里城＞琉球王朝30度

独自の文化に彩られた琉球王国の居城、首里城。
14世紀末から約450年間に渡り政治文化の中心として繁栄した琉球国王の居城。
その華やかな建造物は琉球王朝時代の栄華を今に伝えるために過去4度の復元を繰り返しています。
“朱色”に彩られた正殿と沖縄の青い空のコントラストは風光明媚な趣きで、忘れ得ぬ光景となるでしょう。
2000年に「琉球王国のグスク及び関連遺産群」として世界文化遺産に登録されました。

Shurijo Castle, the castle of the King of Ryukyu and colored by a unique culture
This served as the castle for the King of Ryukyu.
The castle prospered as the center of political culture for approximately 450 years from the end of the 14th century.
The gorgeous buildings have been restored four times in the past to help convey the splendor of the Ryukyu Dynasty to the people of today.
The contrast between the scarlet colored Seiden (main hall) and Okinawa’s blue sky is an unforgettable sight with a picturesque charm.
In 2000, it was registered as a World Cultural Heritage Site as a part of the “Gusuku Sites and Related Properties of the Kingdom of Ryukyu.”

琉球王朝30度

仕込み水に、ミネラル分を多く含んだ硬質な地下水を使用しているので、
キレがあり、凛とした味わいを感じることができます。

This high-grade sake has a smooth, mild flavor, and goes well with any type of food.
This is the brewery’s representative brand, and in 2016, this long-selling product will celebrate its 30th anniversary.
We use hard underground water with a high mineral content as preparation water, which gives the sake a sharp, commanding flavor.

＜清水寺＞多良川30度

美しき古都京都　清水寺
清水寺がある京都は昔ながらの建造物や文化財などが数多く存在し、写真画像にある「清水の舞台」と呼ばれる本堂は国宝に指定される日本の大事な文化財です。
(1994年京都16の寺院等が世界文化遺産に登録。)
「奥の院」から眺める「清水の舞台」はとてもとても美しく、四季音羽山の景色と調和した観音浄土さながらの風情があります。

Kiyomizu-dera in Kyoto, the beautiful, former capital
Kyoto, where Kiyomizu-dera is located, contains numerous ancient buildings and cultural assets.
One important Japanese cultural asset is the Main Hall here called “Kiyomizu Stage,” seen in the photograph and which has been designated as a national treasure. (In 1994, sixteen temples in Kyoto were registered as World Cultural Heritage Sites.)
“Kiyomizu Stage,” as seen from Okuno-in Hall, is extremely beautiful, and its appearance has the same charm as Kannon Jodo (the Goddess of Mercy in the Pure Land sect of Buddhism) and it harmonizes with the view of Otowa Mountain throughout the four seasons.

宮古島のおおらかな自然の中で育まれ、やや辛口ながらも、お米の
「甘み」や「旨み」を堪能できるお酒です。「酒4：水6」の割合で

Taragawa 30%
The flavorful Awamori “Taragawa” is well-loved by fans on Miyakojima Island, its origin.
This alcoholic beverage, cultivated amidst the serene natural environment of Miyakojima Island, allows you to enjoy the “sweetness” and “deliciousness” of rice, while still being slightly dry.
A dilution ratio of four parts alcohol to six parts water tastes the best and brings out the fragrance.

Isshoni Iitoki 43%
The brewery’s catch phrase is “Isshoni Iitoki.” This brand could be considered the origin of the brewery, and this sake contains our desire: “May the time spent between you, who chose this sake, and those important to you be pleasant and enjoyable.”
We ship the sake only after letting it rest for one year post-distillation, and so we are sure you will better sense its depth and heaviness combined with its high alcohol content.
